  1. What is ACES?
    ADTRAN Custom Extended Services (ACES) is a comprehensive and flexible installation and maintenance service program designed to protect your network from unnecessary downtime. With ACES protection, if something goes wrong with the ADTRAN equipment you will have priority access to fully trained and ready-to-assist technical experts.


  2. Are multi-year maintenance plans available?
    ACES maintenance plans are available in 1-, 3- or 5-year plans. All 3- and 5-year plans include a 10% multi-year discount.


  3. Is maintenance available on out of warranty products?
    ACES maintenance plans are available on ADTRAN Enterprise Products still in production. Maintenance plans begin 30 days after receipt of order and may require an on-site inspection to verify the operating condition of equipment being placed under coverage.


  4. Can I buy maintenance on products already installed in my network?
    ACES maintenance plans are available on ADTRAN Enterprise Products still in production and may be purchased after the initial hardware purchase. Maintenance plans begin 30 days after receipt of order and may require an on-site inspection to verify the operating condition of equipment being placed under coverage.

    Depend on the expertise of an ADTRAN engineer when installing ADTRAN equipment. ACES solutions are fully customizable, capable of managing 1,000+ site deployments while still delivering personalized support for individual single site solutions.


  7. How can I find out what installation and maintenance plans are available on my ADTRAN equipment?
    ADTRAN's 'Find a Service' tool will allow you to view all the installation and maintenance plans available for your products. If a custom solution is needed please contact us at aces@adtran.com.

    ACES support model provides nationwide installation and maintenance offerings across the US that are chassis based and independent of site location.
