ACES Installation Packages for IPT Products

Due to the vast array of features in the NetVanta 7000 Series and the unique installation demands of each customer, ADTRAN Custom Extended Services (ACES) has four IPT installation packages to aid in the deployment of the NetVanta 7100, NetVanta 7060, and supporting IP Phones. These IPT installation packages are priced and structured in such a way to meet each company’s unique installation requirements.

• Silver Installation Package: This package is ideal for small businesses, typically with less than fifteen employees and has a very simple well-defined need for their users. Typically, all users have the same phone and same phone configurations on their desk.
• SMB Installation Package: This package is ideal for businesses with less than thirty employees and expands the Silver package by including voice mail to email notifications, Find me/Follow me functionality, a single VPN tunnel, and two auto-attendants menus.
• Gold Installation Package: This is the most commonly used package for businesses of all sizes. This package allows for Key System Emulation, multiple phone settings, and limited customization.
• Platinum Installation Package: This package is ideal for businesses that have many departments, need special customization, requires Key System Emulation, has unique phone settings for most of their users, and multiple configurations.
